Pomegranates are delicious, but they’re a huge pain to get at the arils, or juicy seeds-you’ve got to dig them out from those fleshy membranes, and your hands end up getting stained bright red.
But there’s a better way: The secret is taking the whole thing underwater.
First, cut the top off the pomegranate, exposing the top of the seeds. Score the pomegrante from top to bottom in several places.
Now let it soak in a bowl of water for about 5 minutes. The pomegranate will start to open up where you’ve scored it.
Working under water, break the pomegranate apart, freeing the seeds from the membranes. And the great thing about this method is, all those little bits of membrane float to the surface, so you can just skim them away and drain your seeds.

Nice one
Agree with Selena. I cut it into quarters, hold the quarter over a bowl seed side down and wack the back with my big wooden spoon.
After 3-4 hits, 95% of the seeds are out. Just be careful to keep your fingers out of the way!
good idea but there is an easier way too.... you can just cut the top off the pomegranate, exposing the top of the seeds. Score the pomegrante from top to bottom in several places and then hit the skin of it by a fork or spoon. the seeds will come out of it easilly
