This menu is all about simple recipes that are still feel super-special (umm,caviar-topped eggs?) so they’ll wow mom. But they don’t require any special skills in the kitchen. Theblueberry-walnut muesliliterally comes together by stirring, while the double-boiler method for scrambling eggs ensures they’ll stay creamy without overcooking. And you’ll make thecrispiest baconever with our secret hack of using an extra pan. The “dessert” ofstrawberries, yogurt, and caramelizedsugar comes together in less than 10 minutes; if kids are really making it and handling a torch is not the best idea, you can caramelize the sugar under the broiler for a minute (keep a close eye on it!)
