  • 1 fl. oz. (2 Tbs.) chilled orange liqueur, such as Combier or Cointreau
  • 1/2 fl. oz. (1 Tbs.) Cognac
  • 4 fl. oz. (1/2 cup) chilled cava, such as Segura Viudas Brut Reserva; or as needed
  • Lemon twist, for garnish
