I takemy pancakespretty seriously, and so does Marisa atFoodinjars.com. We both have griddles reserved solely for pancake-making. We both learned to make pancakes from our fathers, and use their recipes (as starting points at least). But she’s definitely got one up on me with her delicious idea tosprinkle granola onto her pancakes before flipping them. As she says, “When they were done, my pancakes were studded with crisp bits and softened raisins.” Yum!
