Basil is Danielle’s favorite herb, but it can be difficult to cook with because it starts wilting the second you pick it and it can even turn black, making dishes that incorporate basil look unappetizing. I’ve got a few cook’s tricks to share that’ll help keep basil fresh longer. I also show her how to makeClassic Basil Pestoand give her some tips for its long-term storage.
