Sweet & Sour Orange Glaze

Yield:Yields enough for 2 lb. wings.

Toss this quick glaze with one recipe ofGrilled Chicken Wingsfor a great party nibble.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Thai chile sauce (I likeSriracha)

Preparation

  • In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients. Toss with the grilled wings.
