它是什么?
The juice squeezed from oranges. Great for drinking on its own or to use in cocktails, baked goods, marinades, vinaigrettes, and sauces.
How to choose:
When orange juice is called for in cooking, the best flavor comes from fresh squeezed. Use oranges labeled “juicers” if you can find them; otherwise navel and Valencia oranges are a good choice. If you buy orange juice, check the label to see it contains pulp or not and choose your preference.
How to prep:
If you have squeezed the orange juice yourself, be sure there are no pits in it and strain if necessary or if your recipe calls for you to do so.
How to store:
Fresh squeezed orange juice will last refrigerated for a few days.
