Truffle & Parmesan Popcorn

It’s almost impossible to resist the scent of truffle. Bring out a bowl of this at a party, and watch your guests come running.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch freshly poppedBasic Stovetop Popcorn
  • 1 oz. finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (about 1 cup)
  • 3 to 4 Tbs. truffle oil
  • Kosher salt

    This recipe is amazing! The cheap side of me does have a problem spending that much $ on parmigiano reggiano though for "just" popcorn. So I usually do half regular parmesan and half Parmigiano-Reggiano and use about 3/4 cup rather than one cup. It works out great. I have used white truffle oil so far. My total go-to for snacks now.
